Terms and conditions

  1. The promotion is valid from 15.04.2025 15:00 (GMT +3) to 27.07.2025 23:59 (GMT +3).
  2. To participate in the promotion, the user must agree to participate in bonus promotions in myAlpari in the account settings (Account Settings – Bonus – Sports Bonus).
  3. Only registered users can participate in the promotion. Mandatory fields to be filled in: surname, first name, mobile phone number (activation is mandatory), electronic address (email), country of residence
  4. To take part in the promotion, it is necessary to click the ‘Take part’ button on the promotion page.
  5. The user should choose one of the proposed sports in the survey: ‘Choose the best sport’.
  6. After confirming the choice, the user needs to fulfil two tasks:
    a. Make a deposit with a single payment of 10 EUR or more.
    b. Make 10 winning bets on the previously selected sport.
  7. The progress of completed tasks can be seen on the promotion page.
  8. Single bets with odds of 1.7 and higher on matches of the selected sport are taken into account in the Promotion. The minimum bet amount is 10 EUR.
  9. Only bets on real money of the participant of the promotion are taken into account in the promotion.
  10. Only calculated bets are taken into account in the Promotion. All bets must be settled not later than the validity period of the bonus offer.
  11. The Promotion does not take into account bets on various types of forfeits and totals, bets from the bonus account, cancelled bets, sold bets, bets made for advance funds, bets on promotional code, as well as bets on which a refund has been made.
  12. Bets calculated with odds of 1 are not taken into account for the calculation of the current bonus offer.
  13. The amount of the freebet depends on the arithmetic average of 10 winning bets placed on the selected sport.
    Example: a player made 10 bets for the amounts: 0 + 12 + 22 + 100 + 55 + 30 + 10 + 15 + 26 + 70 = 340 EUR. Arithmetic mean: 340 EUR / 10 = 34 EUR. Thus, the amount of the freebet will be 34 EUR.
  14. Each player can get only 1 freebet at the end of the bonus offer.
  15. The maximum freebet amount is 200 EUR
  16. The bonus in the form of a promo code is credited in the user’s currency, taking into account the current EUR exchange rate.
  17. Freebet is subject to wagering. Wagering conditions: wager the amount of the freebet with a Line/Live express bet on sports matches with a minimum number of at least 3 events, where each event must have odds of at least 1.4.
  18. Freebet must be wagered within 72 hours from the moment of crediting.
  19. The freebet will be credited within 48 hours from the end of the bonus offer.
  20. SpinBetter has the right to cancel or withdraw this offer or change any of its provisions at any time without prior notice or reasons.
  21. The promotion is valid for one IP address, one PC, one family and one account only.
  22. SpinBetter may change the terms and conditions of the Promotion, cancel or renew the Promotion, or refuse participation at any time without notice.
  23. SpinBetter reserves the right to review transaction and site visit data for any reason. If as a result of the review it appears that the user is playing according to a strategy that SpinBetter (in its sole discretion) considers unfair, SpinBetter has the right to prohibit the user from participating in the bonus programme and to cancel the bonus.
  24. If required, the user is obliged to provide identification documents for verification (KYC). If he fails to provide the documents upon SpinBetter’s request, the bonus offer and winnings will be cancelled. The company has the right at any time to request a photo of the user with his/her document (so that the face can be seen) or identification by phone.
  25. If SpinBetter discovers that it has been a victim of fraud or money laundering, the company has the right to close the Promotion Participant’s account and freeze the account balance.
